A renovated hunting cabin turned home, Walnut Point sits high on the banks looking over the Elk River just off the upper Chesapeake Bay. This full residential master plan design explored how to incorporate new site elements such as a new patio with outdoor kitchen and dinning, a stone fire pit, pool and pool house, and green house with the existing vegetable garden and storm water pond. Proposed gardens and native meadows will help to tie all these features together with the natural beauty of the site.
