The Fassett House Inn & Spa, a boutique hotel in the Bayside Community - Fenwick Island, Delaware has broken ground in November 2022 and is scheduled to open in 2024. Harbor Group was tasked with designing all exterior spaces including key amenities such as the pool deck, spa garden, outdoor lounges, and other site features.
